• 1880  -  Less than 3 acres AND $500 or more of sales OR 3 or more acres

• 1910  -  Less than 3 acres AND $250 or more of production OR 3 or more acres

• 1950  -  Less than 3 acres AND $150 or more of sales OR 3 or more acres AND  $150 or more of production

• 1959  -  Less than 10 acres AND  $250 or more of sales OR 10 or more acres AND $50 or more of sales

• 1974 to present  -  $1000 or more of sales
